Intelligent Clinic OS gives a solo or small outpatient rehab practice the complete clinical and operating workflow for $49/month. Here are the terms, included capabilities, provisioning details, and control boundaries that matter before signup.
Price and contract
What does the $49/month plan include?
The solo plan includes scheduling, online booking, reminders, patient communication workflows, custom clinical templates, intake and e-signatures, AI-assisted documentation, claims and ERA, integrated fax, analytics, waitlist, telehealth after provisioning, all export formats, and white-glove migration.

No feature tiers or required plan upgrade
Is there a contract or cancellation fee?
No. The subscription is month to month. Cancel at any time; the subscription and account access continue through the end of the current renewal period.
Are there additional fees?
The only additional Intelligent Clinic OS subscription charge is $10/month for each additional clinician account. Credit-card transaction fees apply when patients pay invoices by card. There is no per-claim, ERA, fax, telehealth, reminder, or migration fee charged by Intelligent Clinic OS.
Clinical and operating workflow
Are claims, ERA, fax, and telehealth available?
Claims, ERA, and integrated fax are included. Telehealth and Stripe invoice payments are included and provisioned during setup; they may not be available until provisioning is complete.
Does Intelligent Assist act without review?
No. Intelligent Assist drafts, organizes, or previews work. Clinicians edit and sign notes. Authorized clinic users review claims, faxes, messages, and operational changes. Destructive calendar actions require explicit confirmation.
Security and data
Is a BAA available?
Yes. A BAA is available for clinics that need one as part of security and compliance setup. Request the BAA through the contact page before transferring PHI.
Can I export my clinic data?
Yes. All export formats are supported so clinic records remain portable. Export requirements can be confirmed during setup or through authenticated support.
Migration and setup
What does white-glove migration cover?
The team scopes and moves files, patient records, and claim history from the current system with the clinic. The service is included with no separate migration fee; source access and cutover details are confirmed before the move.
Practice fit and access
Who is the product for?
Intelligent Clinic OS is built for solo and small outpatient rehab practices, including mobile, cash-based, insurance-based, and hybrid clinics. Current built-in clinical examples and AI defaults are PT-focused; confirm specialty-specific templates during setup.
What mobile access is available?
The web application is responsive for phone-sized workflows. A staff-first native iOS application is also under active development; confirm current availability and supported workflows during setup.
